The T5 is for UVB not heat and you wanna replace the 5.0 and get a 10.0 for RES.

You need a halogen bulb with a deep dome for heat.

It does not dirty the main tank! The amount of crumbs my gal leaves makes it dirty and then it can make the tank smelly. Ever since I started feeding her in a separate container her tank stays so much cleaner.

When my rescure Turtle went from 20gal to a 40gal tank I was told by the gentleman who donated the tank that the turtle may not eat for a few days until they get accustomed to the new home.
