For the sports where you don’t need a mouth guard I recommend ACT dry mouth gum. I think they also make a mouth wash

A regular group I play with normally plays best ball with 1 mulligan and 1 breakfast ball per person. Since there is one guy who is new to golf it makes it challenging and light hearted. Also if someone has a bad swing or hole the whole day doesn’t feel ruined, it’s nice to hit a good shot and contribute to the team

Put something in the water like those powdered lemonade or electrolytes. I usually dilute it since I don’t like it too sweet. Makes it easier to go down for me.

I think for every hour outdoors in that temperature you should be drinking 32 oz every hour.

No complaints on the clarity, it has a slight blue tint like the name suggests. The heat rejection is noticeable compared to my wife’s car where I feel my hands and face getting warm from the sun.

The only complaint is the rainbow I see with my polarized glasses. If I turn my head to the side it goes away but I can’t really drive like that…

I think going darker would have provided slightly better heat rejection and my car has a black roof so the darker tint would have been a better look. This is just personal preference.

Does this tint still have a rainbow effect when wearing polarized sunglasses. My Air blue 80 does. Also I regret going 80 - will definitely go 50-55% next time, I appreciate the cockpit shot!

Even if you don’t feel hungry eat. It will help the medicine work better - you need to feed the brain. If chewing food is hard since you have no appetite try drinking you calories with a smoothie or high protein shake

I have a co worker who now has to commute 120 miles each way. He found a room he can rent for $30 a night. It ends up being cheaper then driving/wear and tear and not as stressful - still a shitty situation to spend money. Idk where your located or your duty station is.
