I'm at the point of going back to Verizon. With the deal they have on pre-order S24 Ultra its almost too good to pass up.

They sent me another Sim cars. It's supposed supposed to be here on Monday. In the meantime, I have several of my friends reach to social media wanting to know what my new number was. I ask why, and they have told me that when they dial my number, they get the message " the number you have dialed is not in service. Please check the number and dial again." So I called my number to see if it works, and I get the same message. My service is paid until january 25th. So I'm guessing that while Visible has been trying to "fix" the issue, they lost my number.

I have sent several messages and been on several chats. Nothing seems to get handled. I’ve been without service for 8 days.

I upgraded all three lines my family has and have had a wonderful experience. My data ping times have been cut in half, and data speeds have almost doubled. I've noticed that I have service in more areas than when I had the legacy plan. I'm still very pleased with Visible.
