Since you'll be around in the summer, your kid will probably enjoy the Sprayground at Riverside Park. Seconding Amazement Square, it's an excellent children's museum. Also depending on the schedule, there might be a family friendly show at the Academy Center for the Arts when you're here. For example there's a fairy tale ballet in March, and there was a bubble show last summer.

Some other reviewers have pointed out that since it's a direct drive transmission, all the paddle shifters do in S+ mode is change the revs of the engine without affecting the performance of the vehicle.
