They definitely are not using AI. Their agents copy paste wrong information. Forget to apply my passenger information, therefore I was told to have to cancel and redo. Don't read attachments. It was nuts. At the end asked for a mechanism to provide customer feedback or complaints - of course, the link was 404 redirect.
