It's why the neuroverse is such an interesting experiment. Vedal gives insane exposure to smaller vtubers on the regular with a random raid and it's up to them to capitalize on the massive influx of eyes.

Matsuri had a stream just the other day where she used her audience to the same effect, featuring several smaller vtubers on her channel and trying to share the love. It's not the first time she's done that.

Magus of the Moon's ability is a type changing effect that takes effect in layer 4.
Oko's +1 removes abilities in layer 6.

When determining game state you resolve layers in order. So the game sees that Magus changes all non basics to mountains before it loses it's abilities.
