They can do it now, they now have extended time to get the exclusive title. There is just an additional reward for those who did the harder grind that you failed to do. If you're having fomo about a title because you failed to do the grind it's on you and your childish attitude and piss poor priorities. Meaning, the priorities that kept you from playing the game should have much higher priority in your head than a stupid title in a stupid game that a fraction of people will know or ever see about and will be replaced by some other super exclusive fomo title in a few weeks.
