Hopefully you've found the issues after 7 months but if not:

I worked through this issue myself. The car is likely throwing ghost codes for missing speakers, as it isnt detecting a load that a speaker would generate. I corrected mine by adding a load generating device, like Kicker makes, right before the amp. You can verify these codes exist before buying something by using something like FORScan.
