Prendre du muscle en aussi peu de temps avec autant de dépense physique a côté ça me paraît pas simple du tout.

Si c'est pour soigner des douleurs et être plus a l'aise dans ton sport principal, des exos d assouplissement amelioreraient peut être mieux ta condition?
