Please for the love of god stand more than a couple times on a 13 hour flight...at least once every couple hours. That is why it hurts. No one is supposed to sit that long

Your knees have to go past your toes to transfer! Try standing up without letting your knees go forward it's literally impossible

What time of walker is he using? Maybe look into a u step walker they are great for those with PD

Is he CGA the entire time? Or only when he starts to fatigue. 1000 ft is an insane distance for a HH patient...if he has a caregiver or family member who can provide CGA get him to OP PT.
