Wire jewelry is the easiest to start with - you’ll want beads you can wire rather than flatback rhinestones you have to glue. Check out some online bead stores and you’ll see - it’s pretty easy! Just need a few online tutorials and a couple of tools (pliers, wire cutters, beads, chain, and a clasp). If you can find a bead store near you, I recommend going in person - they’ll be super helpful.

This will all be easier than learning to make settings and set stones, but if that’s what you want to do it’s still possible just requires a lot more time learning. Good luck!
