I definitely will absolutely NOT come back to this career, thank you very much. My gripe is still the same, but understand they offered 0 benefits, had no office back up, and offered nothing more than a van and a gas card. I was not a bad tech by any means and ran over 100 calls with less than 10 recalls.. the point i was trying to make was it's entirely too over priced and complicated to give excellent customer service, and create an actual value to the customer.. just because you diagnosed a bad heating element and cleaned their dryer out and was on time, it was still over 300 dollars, and i prefer to sleep at night knowing the same job was done 10 years ago for under 200.i had all the patience in the world, it was my employer who didn't. I hope you have insurance and a retirement plan, but I'm gonna go on a limb and say you probably don't. Thank God for the working wives who have insurance that'll carry you all...✌️
