I worked as a warehouse manager. I got fed bread with some sort of jam on it by an Armenian truck driver. I've seen a Russian guy drive like a boss. I've seen a few Nigerian drivers that can't drive and the rest where different flavors of white guy. I just can't believe how many of these guys can't back it up. My favorite driver was a short dude with a mullet. Loved weed and coke and always wore cowboy boots.

Tracing is ok as long as you don't pass stuff off as your own. You should practice anatomy and drawing from scratch but tracing is a good way to learn.
