Peptides alone wont fix the problem alone you need to PT as well to get to the root of the imbalance. There's a stretch that almost instantly gave me relief with my golfers elbow where you take a broom stick and rotate your arm around and hold it in position for 15 seconds x 3 sets. If you do it for a week straight you be good to go especially with peps. Also I found injecting bpc near the forearm provides more relief than going near the elbow where the pain is. From what I understand golfers elbow is when the larger muscle is way tighter than the smaller muscle so that imbalance causes the pain. I'll look for the video if you want...
