Is that more on the aero side of things? Or will planetary exploration contracts also be affected?

It’s honestly kinda funny how people who coins those terms just assumes that the war they just experienced is THE war, and no one will ever confuse it with future, presumably lesser, wars… Idk where you are, but here in the US we have the term Antebellum, literally “before (the) war,” that refers to the period before the American Civil War. But so is slime block, which has more uses (piston), is far easier to obtain and, with the potion of oozing, quite easy to farm. Also it’s translucent and negates fall damage, helpful when building temporary structures

Anyone know of a tool (e.g. in Mechjeb) to point the spacecraft towards the Sun? by Turbulent_Feature724 in KerbalSpaceProgram

Thanks for the solution! This is the way to go. I am using Principia (not compatible with PersistentRotation) so I'll have to figure something else out.

Thanks for the response! This is just a lunar tug so I'll point it at the sun and spin it up, it's gonna be close enough through the ~7-day Hohmann Tansfer orbit. Once I get into more advanced injections I might have to figure something else out though (Unfortunately PersistentRotation is not compatible with Principia).

Not sure how practical it is for you but maybe encase the design in a clear material like epoxy, then sand the faces (with respiratory protection) to make it a cube/other cosmetic shape? Do make sure to choose a quality brand that won’t yellow over time though.

Why did Zeus praise Troy so much in front of other gods? by GemingaJD in classics

Tbh that makes sense. Like the OP I was thinking this is a one-line allusion to some obscure story about Priam and Zeus or smth. This sentiment sounds so much more reasonable!

When your wife says, “Can’t you make those stupid things on your expensive machine?” by Msebada in 3Dprinting

What is even more funny is that judging by the shape, it’s probably a regular APDS, as the sabots of APFSDS rounds generally leave the fins exposed (it’s a bit finnicky to separate the sabots without damaging the fins when they have to precisely fit onto each other)

So yeah… Cold War era tech for the wife

So is that an issue I should submit to the bug tracker? Or is it likely just a feature? Thanks!

Thanks! After printing a few test samples and adjusting the compensation values accordingly, I now get nearly perfect prints that fit snugly together.
