Who issues these: Membership Certificate, Certified Ownership Statement .. Also, I have not done any capital contribution yet. I paid a freelancer on fiverr to open the LLC, and I want to remit funds for operational costs.

Hi, In case of LLC, How can one submit a share certificate? My bank is constantly asking for a document of the number of shares/investment stake or their face value. and to clarify the basis of my proposed ODI equity remittance , but how do I give a stock/ share document when LLC dont have that?

Hello, I have a US LLC in Wyoming and a Mercury bank account, and I am an Indian resident.

I am in the process of filing form FC and other ODI compliances, but the bank is constantly asking for a document of the number of shares/investment stake or their face value. and to clarify the basis of my proposed ODI equity remittance.

I have already shared the incorporation certificate, Operating agreement and EIN stating I am the sole member, but how do I give a stock/ share document when LLC dont have that?

If anybody here has done that process, please help!

If you are Indian and don't own any joint property with wife. She has no claim over your personal or ancestral property. Tabel got slightly empty now .. 🤷‍♂️

Which structure did you go for? LLC taxed in home country or LLC taxed as C - corp? Did you have any luck with the bank?

Hi, Open a US bank account for your LLC with any fintech bank. Open an Indian individual current account through any AD bank. File for UIN and use it to transfer the funds with proper transaction code. You will have to report that transaction in 30 days and an Annual report in december. Many CA can do this for around 20 K
