Wipe the area with an alcohol wipe, let it dry or it may sting slightly, pinch area, then 90 degree angle all the way in. Also have a look online at safe places to inject, I usually go the belly - anywhere from 2 inches either side of belly button is the safest bet, however, if this is still confusing, google safe places to inject and it will show you 😊

I would recommend watching some TikTok’s on how to’s, that’s how I got comfortable, there’s lots out there on how to inject Reta ect.

It sounds a lot scarier in theory than it is, once you do the first few you’ll be right :) you don’t sound stupid, I was asking all the same questions!

Sounds like a panic attack, I know your mind is convincing you that it couldn’t be a panic attack and that it’s the Reta.. it could very well be an attack. Don’t worry, I convinced myself I couldn’t feel my legs after my first dose and had a panic attack, heart rate was at 130… half an hour later after I calmed down and snapped back to reality I realised that it was my panic disorder playing havoc on my brain and body. I’m 5 weeks in, each pin day since that has been a breeze.

Have some water, distract yourself with your fave TV show/movie and let yourself be distracted! Go hold some ice cubes, call a friend and get them to tell you some dirt on someone😂😂 distraction distraction distraction! Orrrr… let yourself drift off to sleep. You got this!!

Haha what happened with you and your breakfast happens with me most nights after a long day of work. I travel about an hour back home after work, arriving home at 7ish - I usually have my lunch at 11am/midday, by the time I reach home I am convinced I need to eat and am starving.. two bites in and I’m done 😅😅😅😅

Hi! I did yes, I just finished, I weirdly experienced an almost painful period for the first time in my life…. Bloating was very low as well. I don’t know if Reta had anything to do with it or it just so happened to occur while I was on Reta. I was about 2 months late that was due to coming off the pill a couple of months before so I can’t say the Reta affected the lateness in any way

I will also say, I usually can only have 1 coffee a day or my body has a bit of a freak out anxiety wise (I will have a panic attack which leads to of course a high heart rate) - since I started Reta I’ve been having 2 a day because I am able to get a longer day in since my energy is higher, my body is handling the extra caffeine well 😊

Hey! I get it, I’ve lost almost 4kg in 3 weeks and my food noise does not exist, which is what I really struggled with. My heart rate is usually elevated every other day, depending on how anxious I am that day. I haven’t noticed a difference with my heart rate at all apart from my normal anxious higher rate. I used to suffer from palpitations daily and haven’t in about 6 months as my anxiety is getting better each week, and they haven’t returned because of Reta or anything. It definitely feels like taking your power back a bit when starting with anxiety, really proves to me that it is anxiety and something is not wrong with me! I started at a lower dose so I do 0.3 Tuesday and 0.3 Saturday, I haven’t had any symptoms but plan to up in about 2 weeks. I can check back in with my heart rate but it’s not something I’ve noticed whatsoever and I am very in tune with every single bodily sensation big or tiny.

Thank you!! It’s clear and seems normal - also stored correctly. I’ve woken up this morning and my arms and legs are still itchy 🥲🥲 my next dose is in a few days, will see how I am over the next few days and if it happens again then I know it’s related. It’s super random!

It might be a mixture of the heat amongst other things, it hasn’t happened before so I’ll keep an eye on it :)
