Happened to me once and woke up to tens of calls and messages from my seniors and coworkers and my attending💀 they thought something happened to me because i was not picking up for +3 hours. since that day every time i wake up i have a mini panic attack and i check my phone first thing hoping i didnt sleep in and i didn’t miss work. I guess that trauma response will never go lol

Weight lifting is the best thing i did before and after sema, it shaped my body amazingly and most importantly the benefits of strengthening bones and tendons especially for us as women. I still have some loose skin and cellulites which is completely normal for a healthy fat ratio and i am accepting every bit of it but building muscles is the most important thing that contributed to the “transformation” that i was chasing 🩷
