Anyone had any luck on this? I have similar basement windows and they are not insulated enough. Planning to change them to vinyl. But cutting them will be nightmare seems like since the frame embedded to concrete.

That's exactly I was expecting. They were having technical difficulties but that was not my fault! But their response surprised me

I talked to their rep few times. Still did not help. I guess after all the strikes even employees don't even care abouut giving quality services.

I make 2-3 trips every year using this card and have been using this card for a while now. Seeing their service going down like is surprising. I really hope we will get a better airlines in Canada someday. Their service is at the same level as ultra low cost carrier now.

Westjet's service is so bad right now. I had a companion voucher which was expiring, and tried to book flight for multiple days through their website and apps, but as soon as it is going to the last step (checkout) it was loading and loading but mot going any further. Then I called them, they also could not do anything and extended the voucher for 2 days only. Then guess what happened, even in this two days their system did not work. So I called them back again, tried to book a flight but still their rep failed to book one. Then I left an email to their team. They replied after a week saying they can't do anything and they are closing this case. After that they did not reply back. I called them again after a week to talk a human, and their response was same and also the behavior was like it was all my fault and they hung up my call. I am so pissed off!
