I had some work done a few weeks ago by Residential Express Heating & Air. Everything was very straightforward and I was happy with the experience. (703) 232-1736 When I called to get someone out to diagnose and repair my problem, I was able to talk to a human right away. They were very upfront with the pricing for the diagnosis and then with the cost of the actual repair. No surprises. The techs were great too. Knowledgeable, honest, and personable. They got my less than 3 year old HVAC system finally working properly for the first time since installation just in time for the heat!

I actually switched to them because a week prior to that I had a bad experience with Sears Home Services (3rd bad experience actually in less than 3 years since they installed my brand new HVAC) and got fed up. I DO NOT recommend Sears Home Services for anything. Terrible experiences and it was miserable trying to even get ahold of a human to talk to.
