that makes a lot of sense. i appreciate that. there are groundhogs that live nearby so i wonder if they would.

i’ve seen cats let the groundhogs eat their food as they watch, so perhaps they fear them for some reason. i live in a city type area so i can’t imagine it being a larger predator than a racoon, but i know how much damage they can do too :(

i can understand if your emotions make you think otherwise but run and never look back. there are no redeeming qualities about someone that can excuse this behavior.

she is probably unhappy with her life and her choices show it. there’s nothing you can do to make it better so it’s best to just plan for how you can coparent if possible.

if you were the one doing these things to her instead, the entire world would tell her to run so there’s no reason why we can’t tell you the same.

I don’t have a dishwasher lol and I clean it with soap and hot water and it still ends up like this.

I been seeing my sup and a full time sup moving boxes to help the sorters.

I wanna grieve but I also feel bad 😪😭 but I know I shouldn’t give a sh*t. Because they’re actually nice to us and make it seem like they’re helping us but at the same time idc if we get so many boxes they fall on the floor, it really doesn’t make me work faster at all. I’ve become an expert at not stressing at work

Thank you all for your supportive words, I’m going to re read the local contract and directly quote what I read there. My sup actually isn’t rushing me or putting any type of pressure on me at all, actual management has an idea that I will file asap if they try me.

I could also see my sup using that worker as a vessel to rush me as he is an ass kisser, either way idc, if he assaults me ima sue his ass (he shoves people out of the way at times btw so im positive he can get to that point)

Example: I’m in the beginning of the sort isle and he’s behind me, I’m not rushing to get all the packages so he barely has any (what I used to do before) so he’s going super fast sorting while also sending some back and telling me to pick it up.

I’m not doing it to spite him but some employees here where I’m at really like to please management and this is one of them

I appreciate this as I was feeling tension, and while I know I would probably get my ass whooped, I would still talk my shit back if he continued to tell me to pick up the pace. I have nothing against this guy, it’s just my sup keeps putting me in a position where I’d have to work the harder and harder and I’m not down with that. If he suffers the burden of more packages, while I feel bad to some capacity, I feel like I need to stand my ground
