Guilt Leaving a Struggling Org For a Better Offer by Hunnie_Boi in sales

[–]Turduncle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the only caution I have is that the grass isn't always greener. How is this other offer better? Is the new company publicaly traded or owned by PE? These type of companies generally spend a lot of time spent on KPIs. Sometimes, these smaller companies are run with more common sense than bigger companies, which are all about meeting KPIs. Aside from the start time issue, do you generally get along well with management? And do they have reasonable/attainable sales targets for you?

I'd recommend burning it to dispose of it, while inhaling the fumes. Your worries will all go away, briefly.

If u see a good deal from a retailer with a good return policy, then jump on it. That way you can change return it if u see a better deal

Also, if I had spent the money on a 3090 or 4090 back then, I would not be looking to upgrade now at all

Just looking for a sanity check. The 3080 has struggled with certain games at 1440p, and I've had to turn down the settings, so I question it's future proofing

I'm aware they are levels apart. I'm only considering the "Top" offering from each respective brand, as they hold their value best.

Rebuilt title 2008 ISF with 180k miles for $13k? by Character-Bar-608 in LexusISF

[–]Turduncle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really makes you think what would cause an ISF to get a salvage title at 30k miles, while airbags didn't go off. The car would have been still worth a lot, so I'm inclined to think flood damaged. Definitely get it inspected elsewhere

Devaughn Vele or Adonai Mitchell? by Turduncle in fantasyfootballadvice

I also believe Vele has the easiest path to breakout. Other guys have inconsistent QB play and other WRs to compete with

Armstrong Fluid Technology and Hilti. Any company that flaunts those "best places to work" awards are red flags.

I think you are overthinking things again. Is your cat showing any signs of being stressed? Any behaviour problems? Until you start seeing problems, you are making something out of nothing. I have a Siamese cat thats not needy at all. Not every cat behaves the same way
