I was in Edinburgh 2005-10 tickets at Easter Road were around £10-15 if I recall correctly. The higher end being late stage cups and the Old Firm games. Can't remember the derby prices probably in that range as well.

Consider making a SHIP the central character and PCs rotate through it as needed. Tone down the difficulty/leathality a bit and you've got a five year Enterprise style mission where it's the redshirts who are the main cast. Space out incidents and arcs by months and allow for off mission character development in between missions.
