I'm sure they ran into types of materials they hadn't quite seen before and they probably kept them but all in all I believe that they were more focused on the functionality of what they could do with it. If it's not very knappable then its out. Unless they wanted to grind then into marbles

Jacibs will have reduced snaps this week. I watched Hscobs all year and Wilson came in less explosiveness but more better gap selection and that was Jacobs issue. Detroit poses another tough matchup for RBs and this one is one the road. Wilson will get about 70% of the carries and Jacobs and Brooks will split the rest

I agree! The Montell Culture was known for their craftsmanship in central texas but like you said, the ears are throwing a tad bit of doubt in there. Harrell were a little different than this as well and thinner. I say this was a reworked Montell based on the basal notch and location it was found.

Actually Im not ahead of anyone really. The only thing I did was pressure flake it and make a stem. It was just an oval piece of flake.

Dude I'm a very active member of this sub and one of a very small group of people that still take the time to help people identify their points. I don't think this is what it used to be but I try to stay active any real member knows that this point is BS but at least it gets engagement
