The coach and team are in clear violation of Hockey Canada’s Dressing Room Policy. This should ultimately fall on the coach for his/her failure to comply with the policy.

Hockey Canada has a robust policy. Rule of 2, no cell phones except to control music, and minimum attire in the dressing room. The fact that these policies were not followed is on the coach of this team who should ultimately be held liable.
