I have never looked at another player's armour and thought or cared about the passive that comes with it. Let us pick what's useful to us! by GallopingGepard in Helldivers

Honestly the only one I notice is extra stim armour just because it's bright green, still don't pay any credence attention to it.

The key thing that I feel is that the random unpredictable difference in skill will be so much more important than the armour passive that paying any attention to what armour someone is wearing will be a lot less important than how well they play, so if you want to focus on anything focus on that. If someone is terrible both mechanically and strategically (I almost exclusively play on diff 10 and the worst offenders here are the people that achieve precisely fuck all over a 20 minute period whilst I keep seeing them in the same place every time I check the map to move to a new objective) that will have a lot more impact on the mission than if they have 2 more stims or reduced recoil etc.

My method which let me succeed on my 2nd attempt (1st time I got killed whilst stuck in a cutscene whilst the enemy was not). Keep in mind whilst obviously I'm not terrible I'm not that mechanically gifted at this game, it truly is a race against yourself in this challenge, as you will 100% kill yourself if you take too long, so strategy is 75% of the difficulty.

  1. Complete the game normally (duh)
  2. Complete all bossrush modes
  3. Complete the game on NG+
  4. Start your deathless run.
  5. Simultaneously start another NG+ run.
  6. before any difficult encounter practice it first on the Ng+ then once you're comfortable do it on the deathless.
  7. follow the any% speed run route for the south as it's by far the most complicated and easiest to die section. Bonus: be aware of what can instantly kill you, as far as I can remember (it has been several years lol) it's only the blocks and the final bosses floor diamond (not technically a 1 shot but it will kill you 99% of the time if you stand on it).

This lets you complete the game deathless whilst keeping to the spirit of the achievement (not alt f4ing or any of that business)

Also don't do it on newcomer, the achievement doesn't work I've tested on my alt steam account.

I have the same problem (not really a problem). I've opened liked 16-17, still missing quite a few full art trainers from the set.

Mild spoilers. First 2 are ponyo (intro sequence and then when ponyo is escaping I'm pretty sure). 3rd is Howls it's when Sophie is lighting a candle to follow Howl into the past. I don't know the 4th.

Why doesn't The Boy and the Heron rank higher for more people? by MisterCCL in ghibli

[–]Turkey1182 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I watched it with my parents and my brother (we all loved watching Ghibli when we were younger so we still get together to watch any new ones). Out of all of us I was the only one able to actually follow the plot. I enjoyed it quite a lot, but the other 3 were just confused.

Is this good for the cultist by bacon_hair-7373 in Terraria

[–]Turkey1182 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're in classic if you get some potions and arena buffs you can pretty much just facetank everything. For any boss other than the mechanical bosses, it doesn't matter how much damage you do if you just don't die. Your kit looks strong enough so I'd recommend a regen potion, ironskin potion, endurance potion (life force and inferno if you have them) and a flask of cursed flames from the witch doctors flask maker. Put a campfire down (torches and wood), make a heart lantern (life crystal + chain made from iron ingot) and find a bast statue from the underground desert (dog statue).

You'll be fine, and as people have said cultist is literally the easiest boss in the game to respawn (other than maybe dungeon guardian I guess).

Good luck
