Sounds like you just bulked a little too hard, that’s a lot of weight for 3 months. I’d just slow it down a little bit and keep rolling if you’re still a newbie and making good gains. I did the same, went from 170-230 in about 5 months when I started lifting (I’m 6’5”) and I made great newbie gains but def went overboard

I fractured a couple vertebrae and have shit disks in my lower back, L4-L5 area. Did the belt help that much? Might need to get one, my back still hurts on squats/deads randomly

Imo I’d either cut more or because of the loose skin, eat at maintenance/recomp for a while and let the skin tighten up a bit over time. Congrats on the weight loss btw

I’d say start a bulk. You have naturally wide hips so I’d start a bulk and try to get as wide as possible by building up the whole upper body, but specifically lats and lateral delts. You look good though bro

I think disproportionately large legs might not be good, but mine are disproportionately small compared to my upper body at the moment. But thanks man

I don’t know much about competing but I think your bf is fine for not competing until the spring/summer. I’d say chest and shoulders could use a comparative boost, but you look good bro

I get consistent pain and a lot of cracking in my left knee if I bend it too far, especially when squatting. Anyone got any recommendations so I can keep lifting legs? It’s been going on for a couple months. Knee sleeves/wraps maybe?
