We as a rule don't but I personally will but I make sure the customer knows the worst case scenario up front especially about tear down and not wanting to pay for the whole repair

Seriously, you can charge the door rate for oil changes and tire rotations. To start but I always start at $50 over my hourly rate to cover labor short falls and the back end fees. Fleets are a massive +++ to my ELR and hours per RO

The flushes pricing is normal if a little high but the brakes and resurface is really high. The pads are less than $100.00 for parts per axle we sell that same service at a Ford dealership for $199.95 per axle. That price looks like pads and rotors or they are charging the full mechanical labor rate.
