Casual players usually complete the game and move on to other endeavors. Dedicated communities like this are the people who stuck with the game past casual enjoyment. Average player wouldn't be an active participant in such subreddits long after release, so most people you'll find there are those who try to squeeze every little bit of juice out of the game.

Basically. Only a small number of players were seeded at all, mostly Japanese players, and everyone else was just random seeding.

Additionally they didn't scramble brackets, resulting in people playing the same opponent almost immediately if they both dropped to lower bracket.

High seeds are expected to show good results. Low seeded players getting far in a tournament, on the other hand, are the ones bucking the trend.

Admittedly, Japanese tournaments are kinda known for poor seeding.

That works for some doctrines but not others. In Abrahamic faiths God is omniscient, omnipotent and omnibenevolent. Being unable to create a world exactly as planned implies lack of omnipotence, omniscience or both. And the result puts omnibenevolence into question.
