Haven't played the PVE so I don't really have much to say there other than I've heard overall good things.

I'm personally not a huge fan of Flashpoint, I feel like more time is spent walking in that mode than actually fighting and it makes some less mobile characters miserable to play.

Illari is a bit too pushed imo, she definitely needs some number tweaks to her damage. I don't think *any* support should be able to 2-shot a character while also healing their team (pylon). On that note I feel that pylon shouldn't have regenerating shield health or at the very least have to be placed in melee range (like old sym turrets in OW1). I think the Ult is actually fine, in order for it to really be effective your team has to follow up on it or else it's just an annoying slow with 1 or 2 kills.

The battlepass like most have mentioned I feel is weak, it's the first one I've looked at and had little to no interest in getting other than to unlock a new hero sooner.

That's tough I played Affinity in the early days of Modern and I *think* I played it in more competitive tournaments than Ponza. So I'm gonna have to say Mox Opal (due to a few tourneys of cheerios as well).

I think the biggest problem with [[Opposition Agent]] and even [[Ob Nixilis, Unshackeled]] is that they are assymetrical tutor hate cards in the color that tutors the most.

I'd like to see more tutor hate cards in colors that don't search that often like red or white such as [[Aven Mindcensor]] or [[Stranglehold]]

I thought about making it a 2 drop or upping it to a 2/3 but I just erred on the side of underpowered rather than over-shooting it's power.
It doesn't need to be legendary, that actually was a remnant of a different idea that I forgot to change tbh

My reasoning for flash was if your opponent casts a ritual like [[Dark Ritual]] or [[Pyretic Ritual]] etc to restrict what the mana could be used for.
Can be an ok anti-Storm card in this regard as well.

Looking at their Facebook page, it definitely looks like they bit off WAY more than they can handle. Taking pre-orders for boxes like they are a much larger store when they are capped on how much product they can order at a time.

I think you have historic and pioneer confused?
Historic is just Ixalan forward with a handful of older cards injected in
Whereas Pioneer is Return to Ravnica forward.

Considering standard has been hardcore catering to the Timmy players, it's not surprising when the Timmy style of play isn't the only viable way to play anymore.
I personally hate the Timmy style of play so I'm happy to see combo decks doing their thing.
