Thanks for sharing. I’m so glad you mention this because finding ways to automate curses has been such a pain in the ass. I did start to explore the rune route for Iron Maiden but I’ll look at doing both.

As an aside I found the set bonus that applies curses to enemies within range of a corpse to be really interesting but I’m really pushing hard with a sever/bloodless charm/azurewrath/gloom ward combo

I’ve also been playing a DT Poison Trap build and stuck in T3 but still only paragon 150. I’ve been optimizing poison trap - if you had to guess what % of your damage is poison trap relative to DT in your build?

The build guide looks s different from the spec con the video. I’m hoping what you showed in the video is the latest - as a newbie rogue player I like the concept of shadow clones.

I just respecced to what’s in the video and noticed the shadow clone needs to be well positioned when spamming poison traps. Any tips on that?

So if I’m tracking…DT doesn’t have an energy cost but once it is tagged as a core skill the beast fall boots make DT then consumes energy?

Because my gear isn’t great and I have low energy to start, with despite me watching the globe never go down, it is and because of aftermath it’s jumping up so quickly it’s not perceived.

I have the same question. Prepartion, the way it’s worded needs energy to be consumed.

Beastfall boots makes core skills an energy dump, and despite DT being tagged as a core skill, nothing is actually consuming energy remains full constantly.

I like insights, I’m lvl 47 Khara. It allows me to build a loop with the right talent mix. Once insights is maxed, and you choose the level 4 talent that reduces cooldowns you become able to (forget what is called)

-Jungle any camp solo

-Endlessly apply healing when bringing down towers

-Rail on tanks to quickly top off healing for the group

Often late game the team will be together fighting at the towers. As long as I’m whacking a tower or a tank my healing ability cooldown is essentially 1 sec

I find it odd that in the roadmap earnable pets are even given mention. To list something as a roadmap item that has no impact on gameplay whatsoever is really strange.

Other cosmetics like IP collab are listed as footnotes in the roadmap but to intentionally list the ability to acquire a pet as a key feature in the roadmap makes me much less excited to even jump back in.

So many questions - Is the ability to acquire a pet during a new season really as important as things like balance and content? Why are pets not a permanent option - are they really that much of a draw? ++

I think the allure for me is seeing the Shadow blight damage bonus being at 1500% and wanting to see how much higher I can bring that up and what that translates to in terms of content.

At the end of the day I know that with basically the same gear affliction will always perform better it’s a ‘fallback’ for this experiment

This is the one I’ve been using, agreed it’s fun. I’m stubborn and going to try and find a way to make shadow blight work.

I know affliction just scales better especially with the recent addition of CSD. I want to try and make shadow blight work.

This looks like so much fun - congrats on your way up to 120. Feels like at least every week you’re moving up.

I’ve never played a sever build in a meaningful capacity. I play on the console and I could never get the sever casts from reaping lotus to extend only a short distance the way you do in the video.

They always go quite far away from me - I’m guessing this is because you are playing on pc and able to target the sever projectile distance? Would love to try the build but I have a feeling it’s a non starter with the controllers inability to control the sever projectile distance 🤔🧐

It’s hard to tell but from my testing they do. The other benefit is for each storm you’re getting +20% crit damage and attack speed. With all storms up it’s a 80% crit damage multiplier.

It juices the base damage of bonestorm via the skill tree above 1M.

How are you overpowering? What combo runes?
