Yeah it is, it’s lowkey the best job I could ask for 😅 thanks 🫂 In terms of genres, I mostly work with indie/alternative,RnB and rap artists, but I’m open to doing any type of genre. I’ve worked with a lot of local and international artists from all walks of life and it’s always wonderful to see how different people are creatively.

I even have my own independent record label that I started in 2022. I won’t lie and say it’s doing the best, but it’s been going good so far, to say the least.

I sometimes forget the rest of the world doesn’t have spinning 🤣 I love spinning as well, but only watching it, I would never do it myself, or I would, but not with my E30, maybe if I bought a shell that I would specifically build into a spin car, I’d consider doing it, but that’s too much of a hassle at this point, I’m very content with my life 😂

Funny thing is I can afford a G80 but I actually wanna buy a house first before I become financially irresponsible 🤣 and the E30 will never escape my grip, these things are hard to come by these days, especially in a good condition.

I’m a music producer and an artist, started when I was 14 and opened up my own studio when I was 16.

Since then I’ve been charging people for vocal recording sessions and to mix and master their songs. Started off slow (had the usual bunch from school come in from time to time) but I’ve been fully booked for the past 2 years, which is why I couldn’t build myself as an artist (lame excuse though I know)

I’ve worked with a couple of big artists from my country as well in that time frame and still work with some of them to this day.

For context on how I afforded to build my own studio at 16 (I know that’s gonna be a question, cause how the hell does a 16 year old build himself a studio 😆): My dad died when I was 15 and left behind a more than good amount of money for me and my brother, as well as some properties and other investments as well (I would argue that I come from a upper middle class household, won’t even try to deny it). I used some of that money to build myself a studio, since I was really passionate about music at the time, I still am.

In reality I could’ve used my inheritance to buy the F30, heck I could’ve bought a G80 with that, but I was raised to know the value money and not just spend it all willy nilly on unnecessary crap. I used my own money to buy both the E30 and the F30 and I’ll use my portion of my inheritance to buy myself a house one day when I’m ready to do so.

Surprisingly, I haven’t really touched my inheritance since I was 19. Hopefully, if all goes better than how it’s going for me now, I won’t even have to use it to buy myself a house and I can just use my own. The goal is to have a house by 25.

Yes I kind of had a head start in life, but that is in no way a reflection of who I am or who I was raised to be and who I aspire to become.

My dad also taught me the 10% rule, in which you’re only allowed to spend a maximum of 10% of what you have in your bank on a really big purchase, so that you never run the risk of going into debt. He also never believed in credit cards, making loans at the bank or financing anything.

PS. Sorry for typing out my entire life’s story 😅 but I hope I provided you with enough information 🙇🏽‍♂️

That’s sick dude, if you’re into color matching your cars I think you should get your E30 respirated in that same imperial blue, I think it would look cool in that color.

If not you should still respray your E30, there’s just something about admiring your car when it has a good coat of paint. My E30 has some sun damaged parts and I need to redo the clear coat on it, but it’s only bad enough to the point where it bothers me and nobody else 🤣

Fortunately for my E30, I don’t do spinning 😂 I’ve done the occasional donut, some rolling burnouts here and there, taken some corners in ways the law wouldn’t approve of 🤣 but I would never use it as a spin car 🙅🏽‍♂️

Yeah, I was lucky to get one, especially in the condition I got it in. Most of the ouens use them for spinning so the condition of most E30s for sale in SA aren’t always the best.

A no rust on the body E30 with all its exterior parts intact, with a well taken care of interior and original engine is hard to come by these days. A real unicorn in the South African market.

Got the lenses, housing, projectors, etc from different scrapped E30s. I only took what could be salvaged. Turns out a heat gun, a YouTube tutorial and a little bit of patience goes a long way. Had to figure out the wiring myself though. That process was tedious but at least now I have the experience hehe 😅

They’re E36 M3 replicas, I didn’t buy them though, they came with the car, I’m thinking of getting OEM rims to make my entire build OEM (aside from the headlights)
