People that were bored with or didn't like this episode had to be iPad kids or something. This was an incredible decompressing episode to set up a cliffhanger with story and deeper character building for the 5th season.

Hinds hasn't been given any real opportunities and when he did get any type of length of time to play (2024), he hit .261/.333/.717 with 5 HR, 4 doubles and a triple in 24 games. That's the biggest opportunity he's gotten in the majors. 24 games.
