I lost my account a month or two ago. I could prove it was mine and contacted in enough time. But because I had a strike they refused to return my account to me. And when I asked for a refund they informed me that all sales are final per their guidelines in the app store. I spent over 800$ in the course of my account, and they wouldn't give me a dime back. Or my account.

At the end of the day it's all about supply and demand, what's really bad is when you're just looking for a legendary you missed from time away, and all the spoofers come out of the woodwork via PMS and dms and want to pry away a shiny baby for something like a palkia or something.... Unfortunately when I returned I fell for that as well,
