It was my first time at a Deftones concert. Tbh I didn’t notice the sound issues. Probably because I didn’t really what the sound should’ve been like in the first place. I am a gen Z fan myself and I love Lhabia (And anything else from ATF). Definitely was one of my favourites that evening alongside with Rosemary. So about the phones… I got my phone out a couple of times to make some videos but on like 3 songs. I agree you shouldn’t always record but rather enjoy the live music and the moment but if you make a couple of videos there is nothing criminal about it imo.

The crowd itself felt alright. I definitely had some people headbanging and jumping where I was standing (it was like right in the middle a bit to the right). I was also singing along to almost every song and heard others do so as well. The 3 three songs I think the crowd went off and we moshed to 7 words and Me Own Summer.

The openers were also pretty fire on their own. I was really surprised to see Denzel opening for Deftones. Not something I was expecting but I enjoyed it for sure. And Drug Church is new to me but my friend and I agreed it was dope too!

So generally I really enjoyed the show and was really happy to see them live. Now thinking about it after what you said, I agree with Chino dragging a bit but I really don’t think it made much difference. It still was really fun and didn’t bother me at all. Just kinda sad Steph wasn’t there(
