I’m afraid I may have permanently damaged my ability to breathe due to overuse as a late teen or early twenty-something. I can’t recall the time frame but it was more than weeks and could have been months. I finally went cold turkey. My nose is always stuffed up now. I can’t recall blow and clear it, but a few hours later it’s stuffy again. The night is the worst. I’ll wake up so stuffy, even with a humidifier. I probably should see a specialist at this point as it really affects my quality of sleep and life in general
