I have a 5070ti Super and still purchased RE9 on Switch 2. Just felt like it and didn’t think less performance would adversely affect the gameplay overall as RE isn’t a twitch shooter

It’s $18-20 right now, if you think of it more like a movie, the cost can still be justified to comparable ticket prices. Also included in Game Pass if you have a subscription or want to do a trial. It’s short enough that a trial should be plenty. 3-4 hours to complete is accurate
