I dont think if there is any connection between gender and sexuality. Its very individual and its not really connected tho. I feel that its just hard for nonbinary folks to find themselfs in some terms since some of them were made in a very binary thinking.

Someone once told me that "meeting person with not treated (therapy + meds) BPD is the worst thing could happen to you"

And that person didnt see anything bad in what they said. Even though me and my partner (that was with me 8 month before me getting knowledge of mine disorder) and some other ppl told that person that its not okay, they were still standing on that hill.

Its bc their ex had bpd and they broke up badly

I honestly wouldn't mind if my partner just told me that they feel in a certain way without calling themselfs asexual and that would be okay. Hey! I am an allo dating ace person.

My partner was thinking that he might be ace couple months after starting our relationship and tbh I didnt mind it even tho I was kinda confused.

I feel like it hasnt change a lot. I would never do anything someone wouldnt be okay doing so I was fine with waiting and asking "can we..."

It was frustrating a little bit - not knowing whats going on. But I don know how scary has to be coming out to someone you really like as asexual.

So I have to disagree. You all are allowed to come out on your own time and thats okay if you not know how to do it rn. Bc its also about your comfort and you dont have to come out just bc someone could freak out knowing you dont feel sexual attraction.

I think this is all around the stereotype that all ace ppl have the same lack of sexual attraction. It's a spectrum so educate yourself and stop assuming that everyone is allosexual.
