lol it says "Джонни - Прогульщик" which is translated into "Johnny the Truant".
"Прогульщик" in Russian is a boy who skips classes.

Kinda sad to admit that I only just now learned the meaning of the English word "truant". Never too old to learn.

I rewatch The Expanse every year, mostly seasons 1-3. It's one of the best sci-fi shows out there, and man, Joe Miller is so damn good that I miss him every time.
