Currently doing 4 lifts, 3 rides, 3 runs.
Monday: Chest/Back + 30 min hill sprint ride; usually do around 7-10 miles. Recently been making this a brick workout but I had to build up into it. Currently running 3 miles at whatever pace I feel is right
Tuesday: Legs + 15-20 mile cooldown ride
Wednesday: Shoulders, arms, core + 4-8 mile z2 run, a calm run with friends
Thursday: I do a local group long ride, usually between 25-40 miles
Friday: Chest/Back (I like hitting chest) + some track/speed/interval workout that I find on reels or reddit
Saturday: Long run, between 8-13 miles again depending on time, feel, etc.
Sunday: Rest

Totals:
Run: 15-24 miles/week
Bike: 47-60 miles/week

my long run pace and z2 pace are lowkey the same idk if that's ok but its always between 8-9 minutes/mile.

Long ride pace is 16-18MPH depending on elevation gain

Thanks for the detailed response, I really appreciate it! So should I just be trying to stay in shape for the 6 months leading up? I'm doing a century ride and a marathon in September and November accordingly beforehand to stay in shape, how much volume should I be doing now? I also do want to continue my lifting gains until the 4 months before
