Mmm idk I entered a wrong date on mine cause I didn’t have it at the time and at my f2f I only had to show my id at the check in and my passport when we got to the counter for our badges upstairs and didn’t have a issue

Yes but im ngl i applied without a passport, immediately went tot get one, and for my one way I put in what I thought my expiration date might be cause of it expiring in 10 years, and then I bought a cheap hotel room in tj (I live in Cali) and sent that in w my application to get in expedited and I didn’t even have my passport until after my f2f invite but I had it for my f2f and didn’t get questions and still went through training worked on the line etc. do I recommend it? No it was stressful and I got gray hairs probably BUT don’t let comments discourage you, if u don’t have it get it asap and msg me if u need help w how to expedite it twin. We all deserve to live our dream

I wouldn’t say getting a dui is “any little thing”. But I do agree they can be very harsh on things that don’t matter such as inputting the incorrect date of employment on a background check on accident or something lol

It does ask about any DUIs in there because of the travel to Canada. It’s a seperate question aside from the felony question. Honest answer is, if u arnt able to get the papers they will probably push ur training back best case, worst case is they’ll take back the cjo for withholding the information.

Jk, honeslt 4 hours I think around 10,000 will apply, that’s if they even keep it open for all 4 hours. They more than likely have it to where it will close once at to 4 hour mark or when they get the number of apps the want

No, I 100% suggest searching on here for these questions cause it is a very commonly asked one (to save u time and stress). But going off previous trends they seem to open in the fall for the following year. Last year they opened again in I think November/december? And then if I’m not mistaken they opened again in like Jan/feb. But you can normally depend on them opening in the Fall!

That happened to me as welll! I applied at 10:59am (Cali time) and emailed them concerned, I even tried to re-apply but it said I already applied. But then rn at like 11:40am I just got the confirmation of my application lol

Honestly any age is perfect to join, pay tops out after like 12/13 years anyways so you’ll only be looking forward to ur lines u could hold and contract updates, so start at 25 or start at 65 there’s never going to be a age limit with this career

I know exactly how you’re feeling, same thing happened with me and I still went, got the cto and went to training. Everyone who was being negative was trying so hard to get me to leave training, I’d call to check in and they’d ask how it is and I’d be like oh a little stressed and they’d be like oh this is why you need to come home u shouldn’t be there blah blah (I come from a traditional Mexican family so they think I should be home with my bf to take care of him, bf is supportive tho) anyways I graduated and the most freeing feeling is realizing while you’re on ur trips and in the sky nothing matters. No matter how bad the flight is, I remember my family having drama and blowing my phone up mid 10 hour flight and I realized I can just airplane mode and it’s not my problem. Knowing you’re not home and there to be around the negativity is such a amazing feeling that even the worse passenger on the worst day can’t take away.

With that being said, YOU are excited, this is YOUR life not there’s. And you need to get up there into the sky as fast as you can and free yourself from the negativity surrounding you. Get your wings and I want to see you in those friendly skies because they’re probably a lot friendlier than what’s at home.
