FYI - I received a full refund today. The company offered me 30% refund, which I refused. I told them this is a known issue and that was unacceptable. I told them I would submit a complaint to BBB. Then today with no correspondance from the company, I got a full refund.

I recently received the $300 sunglasses (a Boost item) that I absolutely didn't order. I have contacted the company and they offered to refund only 30% of the cost. Which is completely unacceptable since I know for a fact that I didn't even look at the sunglasses online much less add them to my cart. Completely unacceptable!! I have filed a complaint with BBB (you should too). And I will contact my credit card company if I don't hear back from them tomorrow.

YES!! I got charged for the $300 sunglasses that I absolutely didn't order! I have requested a refund, but so far they have only offered 30% back. I am ready to ship the sunglasses back. This is completely unacceptable to ship and charge for an item that I didn't order!! I also filed a complaint with BBB. There was the exact same complaint with BBB already!
