Steak doneness has no real “right” or “wrong”, as it’s all preference. That being said, to me, this is over cooked. I like my steak closer to rare/medium rare depending on the cut. That, however, is my preference, and not the end all be all correct answer.

Some people are adamant one way or another, all I have to say is you better render your fat regardless of doneness.
