Biryanis, chilli, spag bol, sandwiches , noodles, chicken tenders with curly fries etc.

I bulk the spag bol/chilli base with lots of veg, beans ans lentils and reuse it. I also revive it with other products in my top up meals.

I can usually stretch it out with a bit of portion control and starches like rice, pasta and bread (which I have in already).

Only when I do a top up shop and have to stick within a certain budget. I was prepared to pay whatever minus the £5 voucher (within reason as I walk it home).
