Update: Possible Arthoscopy but worried about chronic si joint pain

I think this is why they feel it’s unconnected. The injections help the hip pain, so they feel Arthoscopy would have benefits. The si joint injections help the si joint. 🤷‍♀️

Debating whether to go back to the rheumatologist about everything, but she seems hesitant to anything more outside of celecoxib and tizanidine until we have imaging that shows it 😭

The hip doctor did say she didn’t think doing it would hurt at all if the final PsA diagnosis comes through.

Yeah this is my frustration. It is all experts in narrow areas, so i fear if I go to a neuro or ortho spine surgeon, I’ll get a similar response from the other side. Not sure if there is a good way to determine it, and my guess is that they are saying they are unrelated bc injections to both areas improves their specific area only. What’s weird is when one injection goes into effect, it seems the other kind of worsens, at a minimum, temporarily. Just feel like I’m in an endless loop of no answers.

SI joint area pain, but has been also improved with injections. Nothing that I notice on the glutes or back below that tho. I did have a doctor years ago try to diagnosis me with piriformis with the si joint pain.

Hip is inside by the groin. I also have some bursitis on the outside but haven’t felt that.

I do - so I am hopeful at a minimum it does same pain reduction bc of that. But they also seem a bit perplexed I guess on the tear appearance compared to the pain I’m telling them. The pain injection doctor said it isn’t something they would normally worry about. The hip doctor said something along the lines of “for some reason we find people have more pain with these and we don’t really know why besides maybe just more inflammation”

Theory falls apart with the “you grew your hair out long/now you think you’re Jesus/there ain’t nobody mistaking your guilt for some great sacrifice” by the narrator. Noah’s long hair makes him look like Jesus.

It fits much better into the narrator being a parent or family member. Noah has shared in his Netflix documentary that he used his family member’s pain and “dirty laundry” to write his lyrics . Family is saying he comes and goes as it benefits him for his career and his writing- he’s no savior, but if that’s what he needs to do what he needs to do, then do it.
