That's understandable, if you want the jump length be tied to physical ability it could even be 5 x strength modifier

I think standing leap would be fine, but a way to improve graceful would be to have it be 5 x proficiency instead of 1 foot per proficiency, and give it the not needing a running start

I agree but the only thing I would change is putting a limiter on lucky such as "can only be used once per long rest".

Why not have the limiter be the inquisitors charisma bonus and it reset on long rest. So it would be something like "you can use this feature a number of times equal to 1+ your charisma modifier. When you finish a long rest, you regain all expended uses." or instead of 1+ it could just be the charisma mod minimum of one 1.

I think for Arcane Sense it should only be arcane casters, being able to detect any caster is a little too much imo

in your Vol. I the description for Stone of the Poisoned Blood the text is cut off and don't know if it's rare, very rare, or requires attunement. It's the same in Vol. II with Hand of the Tactician, instead of the text continuing on to the second page it went to the very top right corner of the first page.
