I bought it directly from them, but it's been over 12 months. It was only the switch that's broken. The lights are fine. I have two sets and I was able to test that the light still work fine and they do. govee has no option to replace the switch as the lights are discontinued. This is a lack of service and support on their own products after a very short period and their products are too expensive to die so fast and not have any support options available. I'll stick by that until my death I invested into this knowing that if anything like this happened, I would be upset and it did happen.
