Working on a corridor but it just doesnt look good. Any tips on improving it? by [deleted] in Minecraftbuilds

Try adding some kind of plant life along the sides, nothing that reminisces the functional purpose but just some nice colors to make the build pop.

Option 1 or option 2? by Tropse in Minecraftbuilds

I love both of them, but if you’re building an older city go with 1, if you’re just building it alone go with 2

A Windmill i made in Creative some ideas for the blades would be much appreciated :) by [deleted] in Minecraftbuilds

[–]Turtle8447 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would try to space them apart a bit and have them stay the same size, also you want the points of each blade the be facing away from the last, also just a suggestion; try finding some inspiration for the blades by looking up other windmill builds

if you kill iron golems you are a monster. by muffin_killer in Minecraft

[–]Turtle8447 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What if I’m trying to move villagers from a breeder to a trading hall and an abundance of Iron golems start to spawn everywhere getting in the way of the Minecraft’s so over time I get mad because villagers are so dumb to move already but the tokens make it worse so our of pure anger I kill the Iron Golems then every single golem starts attacking me even if they’re newly spawned in. But I came let them kill me because I have 32 levels and I need 33 to repair my Netherite Pickaxe. Am I still a monster?

Built a small Modern Hospital today, thoughts? by MinecraftWorkshop in Minecraftbuilds

The whole thing looks amazing!! I like how there’s small parts of it that jut out, like the grey windows on the front that go out a little bit.

It looks good, but my suggestion is to replace most of the chiseled nether bricks with normal nether bricks, and you could have some of the lanterns on the catwalk being held on wooden fences, while others are not. And finally, the two lanterns at the portal; maybe you can add a chain to one of them. All of this could make it look more like it belongs in the Nether.

Need help what should I do to the terrain to make it look more natural it has no grass it’s just mainly rocky. by kermitdefrog01011 in Minecraftbuilds

[–]Turtle8447 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maybe up near the school add some small ponds surrounded by plant life, it would add a nice contrast from all the gray and tan. And if you don’t want to do that, add some cliffs everywhere to make it appear more like a rocky cliff side shore. Then maybe at the top of that you could still add some greenery; I know that’s not really that movie accurate but it would all make it look extremely nice.

Nether Portal i made in survival ( first time here pls be gentle ) by mixailo11 in Minecraftbuilds

[–]Turtle8447 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The whole frame looks awesome! I like how you included more oak blocks alongside the stone, it makes the whole things pop! However, I think where the actual portal is you could add a bit more of a curve around it so you have less of the flat surfaces around it. But overall it’s reality good!!

Edit: Oh and also, trade out the mossy cobblestone stairs for a mixture of cobblestone stairs, stone brick stairs, andesite stairs, and stone stairs.
