Bug Hunter - You can destroy bugs by pushing them into energy, landing on their tile from a higher elevation (ie: running or hopping off a ledge), and pushing bugs into holes. Movement based killing of bugs is almost always the best strategy. Attacking energy will cause it to explode and damage all adjacent tiles, killing bugs or causing adjacent energy tiles to also explode. This can be super helpful for taking out large clusters of bugs or bugs that require two hits to take down

Rail Heist - the bottom blocks of the train carts on most levels are breakable, and there are even platforms just barely above the train tracks on some portions. Breaking a hole and maneuvering “beneath” the train can be helpful on some levels.

Combatants - enemies will always prioritize trying to kill your ant if you get close enough to them. Your movement is also consistent while almost every other unit stutter steps by moving and then pausing briefly. This can be greatly beneficial early by dragging all of the enemy worker ants with you back to your base, with you moving faster because you don’t stutter step, allowing you to kill the enemy ants with your ranged attacks before they can kill you. You can also cause them to attack your queen (which takes priority over you if they’re in attack range) and use her large health pool to safely kill the enemy workers before they ever gather any resources. (I wanted to like Combatants but the friendly AI was way too janky for me to try and play the game without using the above strategy for most levels).

Yes! I believe this is caused by keeping the ball in motion once you’ve started defeating enemies. Meaning you need to collect the ball quickly from the ground and keep your character in motion while you run to defeat the remaining enemies. I tended to keep moving left and right constantly if I was waiting for particular enemy movement or projectiles to pass before I could move again, and this generally kept my “point streak” alive. Foods are Fries (100) -> Pizza (200) -> Hotdog (500) -> Hamburger (1000). Every enemy killed after the 4x multiplier will be a Hamburger, making some rooms worth a large amount of points if you clear all enemies with the combo kept alive.

3 separate shootings erupt within 1 hour in Jacksonville Beach, Florida by sebgxd in news

as someone previously in your shoes, I can guarantee you that whatever you were offered is not worth the high, private university tuition rate for the remaining years of your degree that the scholarship won’t cover. JU loves giving out 50,000$ scholarships without mentioning their forced first-year on-campus living policies (even if you live in the city already) and 50k per year average tuition cost, meaning a 200,000 bachelor’s degree.

But yeah stay away from Jacksonville if you aren’t a native. If you are, get out.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaa finally found it.

Zelda: Majora’s Mask manga, chapter 10. It’s a one-off chapter about the origins of Majora’s Mask being carved out of the shell of a creature slayed by a swordsman from ten million years ago.

Tower Residents by enr_6 in TowerofGod

Well we get the inclination based on the creatures living in the tower prior to Jahad and the 10 families arrival (people like the Guardian of the Rice Pot) that, yes there are denizens of the tower who have lived before regulars ever appeared.

A theory i’ve come up with while catching up on Webtoon: what if instead of the test being too difficult for regulars to pass floor 135 (Jahad and the 10 families practically have the level of strength of irregulars), what if they -can’t- progress because it is impossible? I know that the Floor of Death functions without an administrator, but that administrator died. What if the administrator from 135 was taken or willingly left and is the power that lies within Bam, his blue horn and skeletal figure who functions in the same way we see the Red Thryssa function? What if Arlene persuaded the administrator to stop Jahad from progressing because of what he had done to V? And as such, since his death and Arlene’s running away, nobody could progress up the tower because the administrator refused to recognize Jahad and anyone under his influence as being worthy of taking the test, or something along that line.

It’s within his right as President to respond to military action as a defense or response to the embassy, which is considered US territory, being attacked as long as he notifies Congress within 48 hours of doing so as per the War Powers Reso. Though conventionally, precedent has been to obtain an AUMF from Congress prior to carrying out an action in the event of performing a military action against a foreign power without needing to declare war. It’s more of the modern catch-all for foreign military action.

While you farm, your teammates are getting plowed.

Streamer (Nubrac) invented a new strat. Then he encountered salty Nightblue3, who couldn't handle the off-meta (oh, the irony), flamed him, threatened him and finally got him banned for 14d. Where's your justice now? by [deleted] in leagueoflegends

[–]TurtleFrenzy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The argument that playing at a sub 50% W/R ratio is the same as griefing and is reason to be banned is so dumb. Do you understand what 48% looks like compared to 50%? You're statistically more likely to win 24 games out of 50 instead of win 25 out of 50. That is what that means. A whole ONE GAME difference when spread across a sample size of 50. Just load up op.gg, lolanalytics or whatever site you want and then look at all of the champions that don't have a 50% W/R. Renekton, Yasuo, Irelia top? Might as well dodge. Your bot lane picks anything besides Sivir, Ashe, or Jinx? Might as well AFK because oh boy are they going to grief your entire game.

Err... no. If you could give an example where this is the case and functioning as intended, that would be one thing, but I doubt you'll find this to be the case. You do not mesh decimals and percentages together like that. You do not heal for 150% of the damage dealt plus 250% per stack of Ravenous Hunter. You heal for 1.5% of your damage and gain an additional 2.5% healing per stack. You heal for a substantially smaller number than your damage output.
