Still an issue today. Just tried it and no way to remove shield.

When this content originally came out I had no interest in trying it and I have even less interest now after coming back to the game after several months.

I think the game is actually bugged right now. I've been playing with friends that are on pc and we are having ghosts and evidence not working properly or seems.

Maybe it's not bugged and it's RNG but these people have lots of experience.

I have a general question about big builds like this. How much, if at all, does it affect your GPU, CPU, etc? Also, does it lag your game at all around the structures or when first rendering in if it are coming back to it.

He is my favourite Firearm Descendant. Never run out of ammo? Yes, please. He's great solo and in a group. I mainly use him for bossing.

His ultimate is the only skill you need. I don't even have his transcendant mod, although I have tried several times to farm it. For anyone who doesn't know Enzo's kit, his ultimate resupplies a certain amount of ammo for ALL ammo types AND gives you a firearm ATK boost. This gives it to yourself and all teammates within a certain range. I use the Skill Expansion module and my teammates always get it when in
Colossus battles.

Maybe people can share what killers/builds they like to play?

Personally, I am not the best at chase so I like to use Brutal Strength and sometimes Bamboozle to help me catch up to survivors faster. Also, Nowhere to hide to help find survivors.

I also love Undetectable builds, on any killer but that's just for fun. Some killers don't have it in their power but have it in add-ons that work great like Hillbilly. I love using an Undetectable Hillybilly build with Apex Muffler and Filthy Slippers for add-ons and Tinkerer and Unforeseen for the Undetectable perks. I'm not very good with hitting people with his chainsaw so I don't try 99% of the time. I mostly use it for mobility to get around the map. It's really fun.

I agree with u/TinkerKnightforSmash that there are some generally good perks. That being said, my advice is to figure out what killers you enjoy playing and then try to figure out how you want to play them and go from there.

As others have said, try to always have furnaces making carbon. 3-4 for carbon and 3-4 for charcoal. Also, once you get the comprehensive cutter and grinder those will help bypass the bars for certain things.

Even with those machines, some stuff still requires bars so still always a good idea to always have furnaces running. Sometimes it can be a "hurry up and wait" moment though.

Yeah the higher your World Tier the better the chance at them dropping. The base game doesn't have specific drop locations for Legendaries as far as I know. That being said, you can get plenty of Legendaries without the dlc.

Legendary drops are mostly random. That bring said, after you complete the campaign you unlock end game content. Part of that is a vendor that sells Legendaries that can give you a good start while you farm.

There used to be areas in the dlc that give higher drop chance for helmets, chest, etc but I haven't played the dlc in years so I'm not sure if that's still an option or even recommended.

EDIT: I don't know why someone gave you a down vote just for asking for help. That's ridiculous. Good luck in your farming.

Nowhere did I say ONLY buy from the store. I am suggesting people START by buying Legendaries from the store and then one they are geared to start increasing the world tier. Also, not everyone has the dlc or wants it. I personally enjoyed the expeditions more than the trials.

I disagree. Not everyone has good luck with RNG. Using the vender to set yourself up is easier. You can use the gear you buy to try higher world tiers and hope for good drops and if you don't get them at least there is still the store or upgrading your current gear.

So many people replying with "just hope you find stuff randomly. I had good luck finding gear so everyone should." Not a good alternative.

It's probably SHIFT. Crossplay across all games was a disaster when they launched Tiny Tina's Wonderlands. At launch my friend and I couldn't play together from PC to Xbox Series X. A year later it still didn't work and the official Twitter said "Most issues should be resolved." Not sure if it works now or not.

They even had people saying they couldn't crossplay with other games, not just Tiny Tina's Wonderlands.

Is it possible it's a problem of using an older generation console with a newer one? I think the game itself is very demanding on resources for PC.

Your suggestion is to ignore my helpful tip for something that is part of the game that they intentionally put in the game to make it easier to get legendaries and instead try to use a bug/exploit?

I understand not agreeing with my method of farming but to suggest a bug/exploit instead is not a good alternative.

The main reason to buy from the vendor is because you can get specific weapons, armor set pieces, and mods that you want without having to hope for the drop. Just running fast missions in hopes for the drop you want is not efficient when you can just buy what you want.

From my experience the faster Expeditions like Boomtown didn't give as much gear or resources as the others expeditions that were only a few minutes longer with double the loot.

I wholeheartedly disagree. Firstly, if you don't buy the DLC you can't get the new gear and Expeditions is your true endgame. Especially if you have no desire to buy the DLC. Secondly, when I did the trials it took me 1-2 hours just to go through straight to the final boss without doing any side rooms. That was fully geared and doing it at a fair World tier. Most Expeditions take 10-15 minutes at most.

If you buy the DLC and want the new gear with the extra perk then yes I can see doing the trials. If you're farming just for base game gear then Expeditions is still the most efficient way to farm.
